Yummy, simple wraps that everyone will love.

If you’ve ever looked for a meal that’s quick, kid-approved, and full of plant-based goodness — this is it. Our Vegan Chicken Jockey Wraps are a staple in our house. They’re crispy, creamy, crunchy, and customizable — and best of all, they come together in under 30 minutes.
As a busy mom, I’m always looking for simple ways to get nourishing food on the table without sacrificing flavor. These wraps check every box. The savory Gardein turk’y cutlets or chick’n strips make them feel hearty and satisfying, while the creamy avocado-lime mash and the zesty vegan Caesar salad bring in that fresh, tangy balance kids (and adults!) love.
We call them “Chicken Jockey Wraps” because my kids decided the combo of chick’n + croutons + wrap makes it feel like a little flavor rodeo — and the name stuck.
They’re perfect for lunchboxes, picnics, or weeknight dinners. You can even prep all the components ahead of time and assemble when hunger strikes. And if you’re a Trader Joe’s fan, you’ll love how many of the ingredients can be found there.
Give them a try and let me know what your little (or big) taste testers think!
Guten Appetit!
